This remarkable video came across my computer. As an Empathy Queen, I responded with smiles and tears. How few “thank yous” are warm and giving. They may be automatic, if given at all, but none like this. TD Bank in Canada shared an Automated Thanking Machine with their customers and went a step further to remind them that they are more than a number, they are special!

  1. Reminds me of what WestJet (a Canadian airline) did with unexpected Christmas gifts for its customers. It’s the simple, little acts that often have huge impact. 🙂 Thanks for sharing this.

  2. Yes that was amazing. Canada is becoming our more fun friend to the North. But not only is it amazing how it creates memorable change, I can only imagine what kind of brand loyalty they create for their customers.
