  1. One might also argue that failure to communicate holds some level of arrogance. Until this post I’d never considered it anything other than poor leadership or disorganization.

    • I do agree with your version. Poor Leadership is a lack of the quote unquote “soft skills” that some people dismiss out of hand. But a good leader does inspire, motivate, and gains commitment and loyalty through empathy, respect, trust, communication, honesty, sincerity, and a desire to improve. So, you are right too!

  2. Quite simply, that it is. When individuals needs and feelings are not taken into consideration, care wanes and connections struggle.
